Konto Oy is enhancing the production of its acoustic panels with the new HP Latex R530 flatbed printer. The new technology improves print quality, brightens colours and speeds up deliveries — in an environmentally friendly way and without the need for ozone treatment.

The production of Konto’s acoustic panels becomes more efficient as our partner T&S‑Mainos has taken Finland’s first HP Latex R530 flatbed printer into use. This new technology improves the visual quality of the panels and accelerates the delivery process.

Improved Print Quality

The new printer produces extremely sharp results, with even the smallest details reproduced clearly. Colour reproduction is also brighter and more consistent than before, which is especially visible in printed acoustic panels.

Environmentally Friendly Latex Inks

The water‑based latex inks do not require ozone treatment for odour removal, which speeds up production and reduces processing steps.

Faster Deliveries

Without the need for odour removal, products can be shipped to customers more quickly and delivery reliability improves.

Konto is now able to offer acoustic panels that are higher in quality, more environmentally friendly and faster to deliver — thanks to modern printing technology and our collaboration with T&S‑Mainos.
